During framing, concealed low-voltage wiring, transformer locations, and control points can be coordinated before drywall and finishes close the options.
Already finished? Retrofit installation is still possible. We assess the glass, access, and most discreet wiring route for the existing space.

Clear Communication at Every Stage.
For homes, we discuss access and the rooms affected by the work. For offices and commercial interiors, we discuss meeting-room availability, site requirements, and coordination with the project team. Scope and scheduling are confirmed for each installation.
Our work covers smart film and low-voltage connections. Any required mains electrical work is scoped separately with a qualified electrician.

There are separate stages: project review, final measurements and specification, ordering, site readiness and installation. Timing depends on the selected product and scope. Confirm the expected lead time and installation window for your project.
What warranty should I review before committing?
Review the written coverage for the exact film, controls and installation. Product coverage and workmanship coverage may differ, including who pays for labor, removal, replacement or travel. Ask for the applicable terms before approving the project.
What should I do if a panel stops switching?
Contact Obscura with the affected panel, what the controls do and when the issue started. Do not open the power supply or alter the wiring yourself. The next step depends on whether the issue involves the film, controls, connections or power supply.
